This may affect your 2027 property taxes
The Board of Appeal and Equalization for Page Township will meet on Thursday, April 23, 3:00pm at the Page Township Hall (21804 – 140th Ave, Milaca). The purpose of the meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the Mille Lacs County Assessor. If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, contact the Assessor’s office (320-983-8311) to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the value or classification after discussing it with the Assessor, you may appear before the Page Township Board of Appeal and Equalization. The Board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed. Appointments are required. You must appeal to the local Board before appealing to the County Board of Appeal and Equalization.
Class 5 Gravel with Delivery and Packing
Page Township seeks QUOTES for up a minimum of 4,000 cubic yards up to a maximum of 7,000 cubic yards of Class 5 aggregate surfacing (3/4” or less, per MNDOT Specification 3138). The aggregate gradation shall be modified to 7% to 12% clay content by weight passing the 200 sieve. Gravel shall be delivered, windrowed, spread, and packed upon designated Township roads, as ordered, by September 1, 2026. Gravel delivery and packing must be performed according to specifications of the Town Board, available from the Clerk. Specifications include spreading and packing all gravel within 12 hours of delivery.
All work must be billed in a single invoice and submitted with scale tickets for each load delivered and gravel analysis for each day of hauling. Include with quotes a description of equipment to be used. Quotes should separate the spreading and packing cost from gravel and delivery cost and be on a per yard basis.

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Page Township, Mille Lacs County, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at the Page Town Hall: 21804 – 140th Ave, Milaca.
The Election Poll hours will be from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at which time the voters will elect:
SUPERVISOR C for a three-year term (Candidates: Tom Burk, Write-in)
CLERK for a two-year term (Candidates: Kyle Weimann, Write-in)
Additionally, voters will be presented with a ballot question:
Town Question 1 – Whether to Move the Town Election to November
Shall the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November be designated as the date of the Page Township general election, starting in 2024?
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:00PM to conduct all business prescribed by law, including setting the 2025 property tax levy. A remote connection via Zoom will be posted on www.PageTownship.org. Outside entities seeking Township support must submit their request in writing.
The Boad of Canvass will be held following the close of the Annual Town Meeting to certify the election results.
